surveyDescription	Petition of Humphrey Rood and others. State of VT Windsor County be it remembered that at Hartland in said county on the 28th day of Oct. 1830. Present Theos Haart, Daniel Lillie, John Brown road commissioners within afor said county the petition of Humphrey Rood and others for praying for a road to be laid from the County Road leading from West Windsor to Woodstock near James Bridges thence down the brook by Jennes Sawmill to J. Burley being read and all parties heard and the premises examined the commisioners decree that the prayer of said petitioners be granted and have laid out and surveyed road as follows: (see below) Said road is laid out 3 rods wide and surveyed in the center.
