surveyDescription	discontinuence of Road niv Thomas Denny's, In pursuance of an ACT of the Legislature 16 Nov, 1813 authorizing the Selectmen fo Town within the State to discontinue roads, and by advice of Citizens of the Town of Hartland in Town Meeting the road commencing one Rod east of Thomas A. Denny's dwelling house in said Hartland, laid out by D. Sumner, E. Swan, S. Taylor, and surveyed by M. Tewksbury the 30 April, 1815 is discontinued by us, all except the first point of 19 rods and the land is set over to owner adjacent to said road.
