surveyDescription	Agreeably to a petition of several individuals, freeholders in Hartland to discontinue a certain piece of road laid by the Selectmen through Benjamin Wilder's land in Oct 22, 1824. Said road not being of that utility to the public which was expected the same is hereby discontinued agreeably to the statue in such case made and provided and the selectmen have opened the old road by J. B. Densmore's at the furthest part of said road which was set over and have setover that part of the above mentioned road adjoining said land.
