surveyDescription	Agreeably to a petition of several inhabitants, freeholders in Hartland to discontinue a certain piece of road laid in Oct 22, 1825. The damages assessed by a Freehold Court being much greater that the utility to the public can be, the same is hereby discontinued agreeably to the statue in such case made and provided and the selectmen have opened the road by said Moses T. Swans house and have set over the above mentioned road to him, the said Swan. Also have set over the new laid road through. Edward Swan's land to him the said Edward.
