surveyDescription	Examin the ground for a new road and lay the same commencing at the junction of the road a little south of John Lawton's dwelling house running southerly to the Three Cornersin said Hartland or to make such alterations in the old road as they shall think the public good requires, application haveing been made to the Selectmenof said Hartland to lay said road and they haveing refused. Court Appointed Committee of Asa Aiken of Windsor, Gardner Winslow and nathan Snow of Pomfret to examin the premises.
