surveyDescription | We the undersigners did on the 3rd day of July 1841 did go on to the ground to look out a place fro a road on the petition of D. H. Sumner and others and also on the 10 September instant for the purpose. We think the petitioners and the public does require a road to be laid out and built at the expence of the Town and on the said petition we have surveyed the same. Beginning in the center of the old road on the westerly bank of Connecticut River and so far south so as to range with the southerly side of the new bridge that D. H. Sumner is building |
